As part of Ascend 2026 – “Negotiation and Conflict Management”, Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management (KJIM) conducted an engaging experiential learning activity titled “The Resource War” on 07.08.2026. The simulation provided First year MBA students with a dynamic platform to apply negotiation and conflict management concepts in a realistic business environment. Working in teams, participants navigated resource constraints, forged strategic alliances, and made critical decisions under pressure, while employing a range of negotiation and conflict resolution strategies. The activity culminated in a reflective debriefing session, enabling students to evaluate their decision-making processes, leadership approaches, and teamwork dynamics. The simulation effectively bridged theory and practice, enhancing students’ strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities. Through such experiential learning initiatives, KJIM continues to nurture future business leaders equipped with the confidence, adaptability, and interpersonal skills required to excel in complex organizational environments.
