Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management organized a structured Self-Awareness, Goal Setting and Growth Mindset session for MBA students on 04/08/2026. The programme focused on helping students understand their strengths, aspirations and values, set meaningful goals, and develop a growth-oriented mindset for continuous personal and professional development. Through interactive activities such as the Ikigai framework, Pair Interview, Personal SWOT Analysis, Dream Mapping, Leadership Vision and SMART Goal Setting, students reflected on their purpose, identified areas for improvement and translated their aspirations into clear and achievable goals. The session also emphasized ownership, leadership, communication, business thinking, continuous learning and personal branding as essential pillars of professional growth.

As a practical follow-up, students were introduced to the 90-Day MBA Challenge, encouraging them to build positive habits through reading, networking, presentations, business awareness, mentoring and skill development. The session inspired students to take greater responsibility for their MBA journey and future careers, reinforcing the message that self-awareness provides clarity, goal setting provides direction, and a growth mindset enables continuous progress.
