Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management organized an Expert Lecture Series on 15th September 2026 for the First Trimester MBA students. The session was delivered by Dr. Vaibhav A. Meshram, Vice Chancellor, Joy University, Tamil Nadu, on the topic "Human-Centric Skills: The Enduring Capabilities AI Can't Easily Replace." The lecture highlighted the growing importance of uniquely human skills such as emotional intelligence, critical thinking, creativity, ethical decision-making, adaptability, and effective communication in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Vaibhav emphasized that while AI can enhance productivity, it cannot replicate the human qualities essential for leadership and meaningful collaboration. The session was highly engaging and inspired students to focus on developing these enduring competencies alongside technological expertise.
