Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management organised an Orientation on the Jayantian Centre for Counselling and Wellness for the MBA Batch 2026-28 on 10 August 2026. The programme was conducted to familiarise students with the counselling and wellness support services available within the University. The orientation highlighted the importance of mental well-being, emotional resilience, self-awareness, stress management and timely access to professional counselling support. The session also encouraged students to view counselling as a proactive support mechanism for personal, academic and professional development. The programme served as an important component of student induction and holistic development by creating awareness about the institutional support systems available to students. The orientation successfully introduced the MBA Batch 2026-28 to the University counselling and wellness support system. It contributed to creating awareness about mental well-being, stress management, emotional resilience and professional help-seeking. The programme also reinforced the institution & commitment to student welfare, inclusive education and holistic development.
