The Institute of Management organized Survive to Thrive – Outdoor Leader ship Activity for MBA students on 17th August 2026. Leadership isn't just taught, it's experienced! Our MBA students stepped out of the classroom and onto the field for half a day of energy, trust, and teamwork at the Survive to Thrive Outdoor Leadership Games. From icebreakers that got the whole batch laughing together, to a powerful human-chain trust walk built on unity and support, to a hands-on trust-building challenge where teams guided each other through obstacles every activity was designed to build the qualities that define real leaders: collaboration, communication, trust, and resilience. Faculty and students came together as one team, proving that the strongest lessons in leadership often happen outside the classroom. Here's to a batch that's learning to survive challenges together and thrive as leaders of tomorrow!
