A hands-on workshop was conducted for II MBA students under Ventura - Entrepreneurship & Innovation Ecosystem on 18 September 2026, focusing on transforming entrepreneurial ideas into viable business models. It provided experiential learning on transforming entrepreneurial ideas and prototypes into viable business models. The workshop enabled students to understand the key components of the Business Model Canvas and apply them to their team-based entrepreneurial projects. Students analysed customer segments, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, key resources, activities, partnerships, and cost structures. The session also focused on assessing the alignment between the prototype, customer needs, value proposition, and business model. Through team discussions and practical activities, students identified gaps, validated assumptions, and refined their business models. The workshop strengthened entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and business decision-making skills, contributing to the overall objective of Ventura in fostering an entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
