From Management & Leadership Development, Rural Immersion, and Industrial Visits to fests like TALENTO, ABHIGYAN (theatre fest), and VENTURA (business plan competition), every initiative has helped me grow personally and professionally. The Industry Lecture Series makes learning even richer by blending classroom concepts with practical insights from industry leaders. The institution also provides students with roles and responsibilities to coordinate events like CII, IIC, and many others, which further enhance our leadership and organizational skills. The faculty members deserve all the credit, they’ve been approachable, encouraging, and have always gone beyond just teaching. For me, they’ve been mentors who guided me at the right time and pushed me to do better. CECR played a key role in preparing us for placements through the right training and equal opportunities, giving me the confidence to step into the corporate world and secure a placement in a Big 4 company. Beyond academics and placements, the infrastructure and learning environment greatly enrich our experience. And if I had to sum up what makes Kristu Jayanti different—it’s the culture, values, and inclusivity. That’s what makes this place not just a college, but a community that stays with you for life.

Pursuing my MBA at Kristu Jayanti Institute of Management has been a transformational journey that has significantly contributed to both my academic and personal growth.
